Trash Collection
Trash/garbage is picked up on Monday and Thursday mornings ONLY, and Homeowners should have it by the curb by 12:30 PM on those days, not the night before!! All trash/garbage MUST be placed in regular garbage bags, and boxes should be broken down. If you cannot get the garbage to the curb on those days and before 12:30 PM please take it to the dumpsters yourself. The dumpsters are located directly across from ATC Development. Please put all garbage in the dumpsters and not on the ground.
The yard debris rules are as follows:
Yard debris is picked up on Tuesdays ONLY and should be out by 5:00 PM. All debris must be in yard bags or trash bags, except for large broken limbs.
Violators of the trash rules will be fined $25 for each occurrence.

Delivery Trucks
Commercial delivery vehicles must be no larger than 32 feet total length bumper to bumper, and 11 feet total height top to ground.
If you require the services of a larger truck, have that truck park on Kamel Circle and use a smaller vehicle to transfer items between your unit and the larger truck.

Water Issues
Maintenance personnel periodically examine all exterior faucets and water pipes for leaks.
Please notify the resident manager if you notice any leaks in the common areas.
Repair any leaks on your property.
Do not leave garden sprinklers running in excess.
Repair running toilets.

Lock your car doors
You are reminded to lock your car doors.
Contact the police immediately if you see a crime in progress or find that your car or property have been entered.
