Forest Hills is a Planned Urban Development (PUD) where homeowners and residents are subject to mandatory restrictive covenants and assessments.
Owners are required to inform listing agents and prospective buyers of these mandatory restrictive covenants which include rental restrictions.
Potential buyers should review and understand the governing documents before committing to purchase property in Forest Hills.

Notice to Potential Buyers or Subsequent Titleholders Upon the sale or conveyance of any Unit, the Owner engaged must notify any potential buyer or person taking title that no Unit or lot subject to these Declarations may be leased at any given time. However, failure to notify potential buyer or subsequent titleholder will not waive, exempt, or otherwise give that new owner the right to not comply with the terms of this restriction. Further, Owner’s failure will not exempt new owner from responsibility for payment of any assessments or fines assessed under this restriction.
