Changes to Covenants and By-laws - Recorded 9/27/2000

The minutes of the June 25, 2000, annual meeting were recorded on 9/27/2000. That document outlines 2 changes to the covenants and 1 change to the by-laws.
(1)
Modifies Article II Item 7 to include the additional sentence:
Owners who walk their dogs must carry some type of pooper scooper or other materials to remove the waste from the common areas and shall not permit animals to do their business on private property.
This change is NOT noted in the copy of the covenants that I have.
(2)
Modifies Article VI Section 2 Item b Item 3 to replace the existing text with the following:
Wooden wall surfaces of units shall be replaced as a result of normal aging or rot. Wood destroyed by termites, fire, or natural disasters are not the responsibility of the Association. Should the unit require more than five (5) sheets of plywood and/or more than one hundred (100) feet of trim, the Association shall provide the materials needed and the owner shall be responsible for the cost of labor.
This change is NOT noted in the copy of the covenants that I have.

This change IS noted in the copy of the By-laws that I have.

Covenants Article III Section 3 states that the Board of Directors shall consist of either eight (8) or nine (9) members depending on whether or not the Treasurer is a member of the Association.
By-laws Article VII Section 1 states that the Board of Directors shall consist of nine (9) members.
These documents have NOT been modified to reflect this change.
